The goji (or Goji Berry) is the trade name of the Bay of the common wolfberry (Lycium barbarum) and the China wolfberry (Lycium chinese).
It comes in the form of a small Bay orange, elongated, slightly sweet flavor. Accorded exceptional medicinal properties related to the quest for immortality Taoist Asia and it is often marketed in dried form or in the form of juice (usually mixed with other fruit juices).

• weight equal, more beta carotene than carrots;
• vitamins, including B1, B2, B6, C and E;
• of beta-sitosterols, with anti-inflammatory properties.
Goji would strengthen the immune system (anti-inflammatory), to lower the blood pressure, the rate of cholesterol and sugars in the blood, improve the assimilation of calcium, and relieve the liver.
Goji is presented as that can be helpful in cases of fatigue, immune weakness, hypertension, urinary tract infection, excess cholesterol, prevention of eye disorders. Some Chinese researchers assume that this Bay is part of the food which may delay cellular aging.
