Principle:
the elastin is a protein of the family of the fibrous structural proteins. Secreted by fibroblasts mainly during the growth period, it has elastic properties.
Its synthesis decreases with age and the elastin is superseded by the inextensible collagen. Stretch marks are a visible example of this process, which is related to mechanical stress. A second example is skin aging.
Performance:
- Sensitivity: the minimum level of detection is less than the standard No.1. The dilute linearly. The coefficient of correlation R value of the linear regression of the sample and the concentration planned 0.990.
- Specific: no reaction with other cells.
3 Repeatability: coefficient of variation of the intra-plate, the plate was less than 10%.
- Specific: no reaction with other cells.
