Our latest research and development of waste tire cracking equipment is mainly the use of high temperature pyrolysis reaction, the waste tires cracked into fuel, carbon black, steel wire, combustible gas. Usually we can get 40-45% fuel oil, 30-35% carbon black, 10-15% steel wire and 10-12% combustible gas from this cracking process.
Waste tire cracking process is as follows:
