Semi-automatic machine for measured unwinding of stretch film.
Designed for measured unwinding of stretch film with a thickness of 15-35 mm, width 300 mm and 500mm, with jumbo roll weighing up to 33 kg, with a length of spools of 510, 520, 530 mm (for film width 500 mm) - 305, 312 mm (for film width 300 mm) and an inner diameter of spools jumbo roll - 76 mm.
Rewind is carried out on the length of the spool 510, 520, 530mm with an internal diameter of 50mm (for the film width 500 mm) and a length of 312 and 305mm with an internal diameter of 38mm (for the film width 300mm).
As an option the installation can be completed with an additional 4 cones for the receiving spools with an inner diameter of 76mm. The maximum diameter of the rewound film is - 250mm. The average winding speed - 300m/min. with the ability to adjust the speed due to fine adjustment of rotation of the drive shaft. The cutting of the rewound film - manual.
Controlling the length of the rewound piece, control of the drive (automatic stop), a digital display for visual control is provided by an electronic counter "Solo-E2." Remote control, electronic counter, a control cabinet structurally is designed as free standing rack.
The installation start-up is carried out by "Start" button, a stop – is carried out automatically by the signal of electronic counter, emergency stop installation – is carried out by click "Emergency Stop" that is located in the front left top of the frame of the installation.
Frame of the installation has 4 adjustable by height vibration damping springs for sustainable basing on the floor and for reduction of vibration.
