The device is a stationary unit with frequency controlled electro drives for rewinding and measuring of the length of the electric wires, cords, cables and other samples of cables and wires as well as cable with outer diameter of 1-16 mm in shops, warehouses, etc.
In the modified device OPTIMA-M3 the ABB frequency converter is used. (Mitsubishi, Moeller, Schneider Electric).
