The device is a stationary one with frequency controlled electro drives for rewinding and measuring of the length of the electric wires, cords, cables and other samples of cables and wires as well as cable with outer diameter of 1-16 mm in shops, warehouses, etc.
In the modified device OPTIMA M-2U the frequency converter is used, made in Ukraine.
