Our many dies to manufacture batteries to water and steam in any dimension and capacity which correspond to the demands of our customers. With design, material and workmanship qualities, our high capacity batteries can meet the thermal requirements for many years. The batteries are designed taking into account the quality of the water, changes in air pressure, the speed of the air flow, noise levels and other similar factors. Configurations of the batteries to water: the capacity of our batteries of heating and cooling are certified by AHRI Organization for matrices 1022-1, 1228, 1235-1, 1630, 1635 and matrices-1022-1, 1228, 1235-1, 1635 are certified by EUROVENT organization. The favorite tube sizes are 3/8 "x 0, 35 mm, 1 / 2"x 0, 35 mm and 5/8 "x 0, 40 mm.
The following matrices are used for tubes of:
Ø 3/8 ": 25, 00 x 21, 65 mm, 25, 40 x 22, 00 mm and 30, 00 x 26, 00 mm,
Ø 1/2 ": 31, 75 x 27, 50 mm and 40, 00 x 34, 64 mm,
Ø 5/8 ": 40, 00 x 34, 64 mm and 50, 00 x 50, 00mm.
0.40 And 0.50 mm thick tubes can also be used. Steam battery configurations: favorite tubes diameters are 1/2 "and 5/8".
The following matrices are used for tubes of:
O 1/2 ": 31, 75x27.50mm and 40, 00 x 34, 64 mm,
Ø 5/8 ": 40, 00 x 34, 64 mm and 50, 00 x 50, 00 mm.
For batteries to steam, thicker tubes (0,70 and 1 mm) resistant to high pressure are used. Fins: Thicknesses of aluminum fins are 0.12 mm and on request can be 0.15 mm, 0.18 mm or 0.20 mm. In addition, for corrosive environments, hydrophilic, hydrophobic, coated fins with epoxy or copper fins can be used. Circuit: The circuit is determined taking into account possible pressure drop and the variation in ability. It is designed for proper drainage. Tubes: The number tubes and the direction of the lines are decided depending on capacity expected and the specific needs of customers. Side plates: galvanized steel or on request in aluminium. Collectors: Tubes (standard) steel or on request of the copper tubes are used. Brass fittings can be added on the copper tubes. For evacuation of water and air, each product is equipped with vent and sleeves.
