Our evaporators, cold room, with a range of 0 9-56 kW, are able to meet the needs of small and medium capacity cooling. The batteries used in the units have a high thermal efficiency and are designed quite compact. We are able to manufacture special models for high capacity needs. The properties of the materials used for the manufacture of the evaporators, cold room are:
Tubes: Copper Tube 1/2 "(on request 5/8")
Fins: Fins corrugated high yield
Fin spacing wide fin spacing as 4, 2-6, 0-8, 0-10, 0 mm range (upon request 12,0 mm)
Test: After Assembly, batteries are tested by a pressure of 22 to 26 bars against leakage and filled by nitrogen for delivery.
The body is constructed in steel galvanized corrosion-resistant and painted by electrostatic white powder with an aesthetic aspect in addition to its strength. The side panels and the drip tray can be easily removed to facilitate installation and maintenance operations (on request, the manufacture is possible in stainless steel). The EA of industrial-type evaporators are suitable for industrial cooling rooms. Their range of capacity is 11, 30-129, 8 kW. The EA of industrial-type evaporators have a wide range of geometries of the fins (4.20 mm, 6.00 mm, 8.00 mm, 10.00 mm). The fins are made of aluminum and the tubes are copper.
