Training of members members of the CHSCT - less than 300 employees
we offer you a two-pronged approach of prevention: a technical and legal approach which, supplemented by a comprehensive approach, allows to develop learning and reflection of the participants through the experiences of prevention
the goal is to provide members of the CHSCT information, knowledge and expertise to enable it to fully play its role in the company; It means to help ensure the safety and protection of the health of workers.
Objectives:
• to negotiate the legal framework and regulatory in the matter of the operation of the CHSCT
• being able to define the main lines of the prevention of occupational risks
• know the various means at the disposal of members of the CHSCT
• being able of define and implement the various missions of the members of the CHSCT
pedagogy:
theoretical contributions (regulation responsibility of the head of business, tools...)
Individual reflection or group on topics related to Prevention
group work in the use of tools specific to the CHSCT (e.g. tree of the causes, solving method)
Creation tools (company visit plug, dashboard and indicators, action plan)
