We propose a two-pronged approach of prevention: a technical and legal approach, complemented by a comprehensive approach, allows to develop learning and reflection of the participants through the experiences of prevention
objectives:
•apprehender the legal framework and regulatory in the matter of the operation of the CHSCT
•be able to define large axes the prevention of occupational risks
•know the different means available to members of the CHSCT
•be able to define and implement the various missions of the members of the CHSCT

theoretical contributions (regulation, responsibility of the businessman, tools...)

group work in the use of tools specific to the CHSCT (e.g. tree of the causes, solving method)
