Work process:
Tube making machine is a group of machines that build tubes and pipes with strips of steel with a certain width, with longitudinal weld seam. Start by unrolling and flattening the steel coils and making steel strips. The flat steel strips can be inserted into the forming machine and the roller toll in the machine will create the shape of the round tube. The rolled bands will be sent to the welding box where the tube is welded with high frequency. The welded tubes will be formed to the expected shape or size in a measuring machine. At the end, the tubes are cut to length and grouped.
