Working principle of stainless steel tube mill line:
Hydraulic cylinder of the feeding unit keeps the strip pressed. The feed motor drives the feed roller to fill the strip in the accumulator by the friction force. The main motor turns supply roll of the accumulator cage to store steel strip in the inner and outer storage area. The drive motor will stop after a finished coil, and power will resume after cutting and welding another coil.
