The annular sector press or the rotating sector press is designed for medium or large production, it is put in the pellet production line.

they are all composed of a strong steel frame welded supporting all of the drive shaft and the tray door-die flywheel.
The drive motor is mounted on a support Chair. The speed of rotation of the chain can be easily changed by change of the motor drive pulley. The chain mounted on his plate is very easily removable by the release of its mounting flange. The two rollers are adjustable with micrometric screws allowing to approach as close as possible to the sector. All rotating parts of these series of presses can be lubricated by the back of the presses.
The product arriving by the feed screw variable speed then falls into the mixer in single-rotor equipped with all devices allowing the incorporation of powder, steam, water, grease, etc... Specially designed traps allow full access inside the mixer. The feed equipped with magnets provides a perfect introduction of the product in the pipeline. In addition a feeder forced by screws, electric motor and belt drive slaved on the feeder.
