A vibrating sieve is also known by the name of oscillating sieve, it is a machine to separate the broken or poorly shaped pellets.

The pellets that have been formed and cooled are usually screened to separate large particles and fine products. The degree of screening depends on the context of the market, the specifications of the consumer, and also the condition of manufacture. For the latter, for example, a granulation plant producing of pellets with only 1 type of diameter can have recourse to a simple sieve with one size of screening. In contrast, plants producing 2 or 3 different sizes, can use a high-speed sifter or wide screen with several layers of screening.
The location of a vibrating screen depends on the preferences of the plan to implement plant. They can be located at the zero level, underground, or over a final storage silo to return the products recycled by a gravitational force. Screening operations can operate according to a system of rotation, rotating or an inclination.
