Principle of operation of the flexible HorizonTel foam cutter:
The strip cutter set on four guide wheels moves at high speed under the traction of the electric motor. The casing of the wheel guide can be moved up and down with shot steel to cut the foam plastics to a certain thickness. When the thickness of the foam is greater than 5 mm, the stacking cut can be carried out by means of a rotating mechanism in the cutting board and, therefore, the need for manual unloading one by one is dispensed with. The sharpening device coupled with the strip cutter is to keep the cutter sharp while working. The work table with smooth sand surface has a high friction. The horizonTel flexible foam cutter is integrated with electric traction and control for electromechanical integration with centralized control, convenient operation and reliable performance.
