for each of the milestones of the "life of the contract of employment" (to its conclusion at its rupture):

• reminder of the main rules to be respected
• risks and penalties incurred in the event of non-compliance,

• legal or jurisprudential developments highlighted recent.

  Animation of training under a 'hands on' angle: analysis of concrete cases, practice sharing professional experiences, system of questions and answers,... so to validate the knowledge by the participants as unwound of training
