CLAYMINTON72 is new generation easy dispersible Organoclay which is modified from fine Bentonite and organic chemicals. It is particularly designed for medium-high polarity solvent based coating or resin system. CLAYMINTON 72 contributes outstanding dispersibility and is mostly suitable for various systems such as coating, ink, adhesives and so on. It demonstrates excellent thickening, anti-settling, sag control and storage stability.

CLAYMINTON 72 is actually easy dispersible organoclay. But, high shear rate will be helpful for better dispersibility achievement in finished paints. It can be used in mill-base or post added to the paint to adjust the finished paint viscosity. We recommend you can take below production procedure for better performance.

General Use Level
The typical dosage will be around 0.5%-2.0% on total formulation. We strongly propose that the ladder study will be taken in different system for better achievement in between performance and cost.
