we propose a two-pronged approach of prevention: a technical and legal approach, complemented by a comprehensive approach, allows to develop learning and reflection of the participants through the experiences of prevention
objectives:
•Rappels and updating of the important elements relating to the functioning of the CHSCT
•Perfectionnement on topics related to the operation tools or the missions of the members elected the CHSCT
•reviewed the needs and expectations of participants (difficulties, increased efficiency, return on the actions implemented...)

pedagogy:
theoretical contributions (regulations)
collective reflection on the definition of the difficulties
search for improvement measures relating to the difficulties
use of existing tools to support avenues for improvement (industrial tour, dashboard and indicators, action plan)
a plan of action for improvement at the end of training
delivery of a digital course material
