In order to support affected personnel on a return to normal life, in order to prevent post-traumatic situations, it is essential to offer a course allowing both to acquire notions of resilience and to have a space to speak dedicated accompanied by an experienced trainer in crisis management and trained in psycho trauma.
Given the health context, this training will be done by videoconference limited to 8 registrants and taking place in 6 sessions of 90 minutes.
Relaxation tools will be made available so that the trainee can between two sessions (and after the training) free himself from his tensions.
A confidential framework will allow trainees to present their story and the misunderstandings or distress related to the crisis experienced, to acquire the fundamentals of letting go and to enter the first phase of resilience.
This training space is above all a space for speech and personal and collective expression supervised by an emergency physician trainer-psychotherapist regularly called upon in the psychological management of serious crises.
The objective is to allow to overcome this state of stress, to integrate in its course the elements of understanding of the behavior and to project itself on the post-crisis with serenity.
