SB1300 series Multifunctional Reference Meter, a new product developed by Henan Star Electrical Measurement Instrument Co., subsidiary company of Henan Star Hi-tech Co., Ltd, adopts 32 floating points DSP technology, embed PC and some other advanced technologies. It passed the authentication of National Institute of Metrology in April in 2003 and took the lead in receiving the Manufacturing License of Class 0.02 Reference Meter. Till the end of 2005, it has been widely used by customers domestic and abroad.

1.Wide range measurement: Voltage measurement range( phase voltage) 1V～480V, current measurement range 1mA～120A; One-off wiring, no need switch
- Multimode and multi parameters measurement: AC voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power and energy measurement under single/three phase Y/Δ various connections at any quadrant
- Multifunctional measurement: Besides the measurement of AC voltage, current, power and energy, measurement of frequency, phase, power factor, power stability, energy demand, dissymmetry of three phase system and waveform distortion etc. also can be done
- Fundamental wave power measurement: Either usual full power (including fundamental wave power and various harmonic powers) measurement, or single fundamental wave power measurement (Only the fundamental wave component of the signal containing harmonic be measured)
