The steel tube mill line is an automation system for producing high frequency tubes. Straight welded pipe, square tube, and special pipe-shaped steel cabinet, using the pipes and heat exchangers through slit coils. As a manufacturer of the specialized tube production line, our Max 12 tube mill chain is specially designed to produce lines with diameters between Φ7-Φ16mm and δ0.2-0.5mm thickness frequency.

Operating process:
The tube making machine is a group of machines that build longitudinal welding tubes and pipes with steel strips of certain widths. It begins by unrolling and flattening the slit-shaped steel coils into steel strips. The flattened steel strips will be inserted into the forming machine and the toll roll of the machine will roll the round tube form strip. The rolled strips will be sent to the weld area when the tube is welded at high frequency by a solid state welder. The welded tubes are of shape or size expected in a gluing machine. In the end, the tubes will be cut to length and packaged.
