Actually, pultruding FRP poles is only the first procession step, before delivered there are more than 11 steps: chopping at required length, tapering at end, cleaning and drying, polishing with wax or caotings, sticking connectors or ends, fixing with elastic, trimming elastic ends, folding and package, etc. From pultrusion through to package, each step needs strict quality control. All these are finished by hand. Tent poles are really labour-intensive goods
