It can be divided into two types of welding (electrical resistance welding) TIG and PLASMA welding. As a specialized manufacturer in China, our carbon steel pipe line is designed to produce diameter of Φ16-63.5mm and thickness of .90.9-3.0mm with high frequency seam welded pipe, square tube and the special shaped pipe (δ≤2.5mm). We can also manufacture tube according to customers' requirements
Manufacturing process:
Mill Line is a group of machines that build longitudinal pipe and weld pipe with steel strips of a certain width. It begins by unfolding and flattens the slit-shaped steel coils into steel strips. The flattened steel strips will be inserted into the forming machine and roll into the machine and will roll the round tube shape strip. The rolled strips will be sent to the weld area where the tube is welded by a high frequency solid state. The welded tubes will form to the shape or size expected in a sizing machine. In the end, the tubes will be cut to length and packaged.
