TSV91x and TSV91xA 8MHz Operational Amplifiers offer low voltage operation, rail-to-rail input and output. The op amps have an excellent speed/power consumption ratio with an 8MHz gain-bandwidth while consuming only 1.1mA maximum at 5V. The op amps are unity gain stable and feature an ultra-low input bias current. The devices are ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-supplied and portable applications and active filtering.
