Rotogravure printing water based ink for cigarette tipping paper

Production Introduction
The high-grade environmental water based ink is formulated with nanoscale organic(inorganic) pigment, imported special aqueous acrylic emulsion and related additives by certain physical and chemical processes; low VOC emission, odorless, non-toxic, non flammable, non-explosive, OHS safe; conforms to cigarette package VOC standards; a new tye ink specially used on middle or high speed rotogravure multicolor overprinting for cigarette tipping paper.
