ROAD-ROCK is a vinyl-acrylic copolymer complex that functions as a catalyst. It is composed of soft and hard crystal segments. When pressed together, the soft segments form the flexible regions and the hard segments crystallize together forming a very high strength region. For example: the earth will solidify like rock.
The technology was developed in the mining industry in the northwest of the United States to stabilize and pave the ground, to ward off the relentless lifting of dust which is very damaging to road maintenance workers, equipment and nearby residents. .
The Road Rock Solution comes in containerized white liquid form in an airtight container and responds to two application processes:
- The Admix Method (Soil study / old road grinding / leveling / product application / compacting / drying)
- The Topical method (Soil study / leveling / application of the product / compacting / drying)
Without adding aggregates, Road Rock allows you to work cold. The product offers a large production capacity, almost 4km of road per day, 8 times more than asphalt and 16 times more than concrete.
