Introduction of PU sandwich door production line:
The PU sandwich door production line is used to produce sandwich panels for the manufacture of automatic doors with the intermediate layer of rigid polyurethane foam and with aluminum sheet or colored steel sheet as the upper and lower layers. The laminated panel is between 30 and 100 mm thick, 350 ~ 700 mm wide, length determined by the customer.
The operating principle of the PU sandwich door production line is as follows: the PU raw materials are delivered to the mixing head through the dosing pump and then injected uniformly into the lower sheet facing the conveyors together with the upper surface sheet. Between the upper and lower conveyors, the liquid materials begin to foam and harden in their shape, after which the formed door panel is cut, by means of an automatic tracking cutter, into segments according to the pre-established length.
