CNC Machining
It is widely used for producing metal and plastic prototypes and small series of products. We work on modern 5-axis and 3-axis CNC machines, which ensures high precision for our parts.
Vacuum Casting
It is used to create duplicate prototypes and models. Silion rubber mold is used via vacuum casting to produce accurate duplicates of the original piece.
Sheet Metal Forming
This process includes bending, punching and cutting standard gauge metal for both prototypes and low volume production runs.
Injection Molding
This process is an excellent choice for larger plastic parts (car bumpers, electronic enclosures and panels), produced in short run or small volume production quantities.
