DESCRIPTION of the PRODUCTION:
on the production line will be produced gypsum board of three different types. Quality and capacity parameters of plasterboard will match the quality specified in this offer.- PRODUCTION capacity:
2.1. Production capacity:
500 m2 per hour of operation
annual production capacity: 3,600,000 m2 per 300 working days.
Speed control of the band: 7 m / min.
above mentioned capacity is valid for the production of types of Gypsum Board standard with dimensions of 12 mm thick, 1200 mm wide and 2500 mm in length.2.2. Mode of operation of the line:
- working days: 300 days per year
- shift per day: two shifts every 12 hours
- Gypsum Board standard: according to EN 520 (DIN 18180)
- Quality parameters of the product:
3.1. Size:
• board thickness: 9.5-12.5 mm (possible to produce other thicknesses)
• Board width: 1200-1220 mm,
• the Board length: 2500-2700-3000 mm
3.2. Types of gypsum board:
• standard

• fire-resistant type type resistant to water
3.3. Standards:
• production will be in accordance with the standard DIN EN 520 specifications
3.4. Physical characteristics:
• longitudinal edge (paper coated with a): square edges and feathered edges
• cross-cutting edge: shaved, without sticking, not beveled
3.5. Cutting tolerance:
• better than + 1.5 mm.
3.6. Weight of gypsum board:
• for gypsum plasterboard with a thickness of 9.5 mm: 7 - 7.5 ± 0.5 kg / m2
• for gypsum plasterboard with a thickness of 12.5 mm: 8.5 to 9 ± 0.5 kg / m2
weights may vary depending on the specifications of gypsum powder.
Resistance to open flame: minimum of 25 minutes.
