The pipe production line is an autonomous system that produces pipes, square pipes, special shape pipes for furniture, handrails, pipes and heat exchangers by slit coils. It can be divided between welding by ERW electro resistance, by type of TIG welding and TIG plasma. As a specialized manufacturer in China, the production line for high frequency welded pipe with diameter of Φ16-Φ63.5mm and thickness of0.9-3.0mm, can make square pipes or special pipes (δ≤2.5mm). We can also make products according to the needs of our customers.
Manufacturing process:
The production line is a set of machines that converts steel strips into tubes with longitudinal welding. Start by uncoiling the steel sheets and cutting them into strips. These steel strips are inserted into the forming machine, which with rollers converts the strips into cylinders. These tubes go to the welding unit which welds the cylinders to turn them into tubes. At the end the tubes are cut to the necessary extent.
