Liners - Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the housing for positive attachment and ease of maintenance. Hardmetal liners are completely interchangeable with die-cast elastomers. Elastomeric sealing rings cover all liner joints.
Casing - Cast iron or ductile iron casing halves with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an added measure of safety.
Impeller - front and rear shrouds have pumping vanes which reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and molded elastomer wheels are fully interchangeable. Cast wheel nets require no inserts or nuts. High efficiency, high pressure designs are also available.
Groove - Wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow precise, positive alignment during assembly and simple removal.
