Polyimide film production process: casting, stretching. The color is yellow and transparent, and its relative density is 1.39 to 1.45. It has outstanding high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties. It can be used in air at 250-280°C for a long time. The glass transition temperatures were 280°C (Upilex R), 385°C (Kapton), and 500°C or more (Upilex S). The tensile strength is 200 MPa at 20°C and greater than 100 MPa at 200°C. Particularly suitable for flexible printed circuit board substrate and a variety of high temperature electrical insulation materials.
