Main technical characteristics of the Particle Beam Roll Forming Machine
Raw material plate: galvanized steel sheets
Range of materials with thickness: 0.5 ~ 2.0mm (note: a different profile is manufactured according to the idea of the customers, so different profiles will have a range of different thicknesses, but the whole range of thickness should be between 1.2 ~ 3.0mm).
Types of Power: 220V / 380V / 440V, 50Hz / 60Hz, 3 phases
Control model: PLC (MITSUBISHI / SIEMENS) control, man-machine interface, the touch screen will be used for input and cancellation of work data. Normal working speed: 5 ~ 10m / min (if the customer needs to have high speed, we can manufacture the high-speed line and the maximum speed can be reached between 20 ~ 30m / min.)
