AVA Group has invested in three factories in China, with a focus of supplying O.E.M quality AC & DC motors to our local and global customers. As Shanghai provides the best location for our international business, AVA International Company in Shanghai provides AVA Group with import and export services. AVA Groups facilities use the latest and most advanced technology, in accordance with quality standards of QS9000 and also in accordance with the ISO technical specification of ISO/TS 16949.
AVA Group places a great importance on sustainability, designing more efficient parts using the highest quality of raw material and components to deliver high performance motors with longer performance life expectancies.
Starters have high RPM and our facilities produce starters in a wide range of RPM and power.
Because of their specification, starters are therefore required to be assembled using the
highest quality components in the most precise assembly lines. We manufacture over 90%
of our components ourselves and the rest we purchase from well known, respectable brands.
Our assembly lines are equipped with on-line testing and for our final testing we use D&V testing equipment.
Our high quality components and parts are also in demand by other well known manufacturers

Semi Knock Down (SKD)
Complete Knock Down (CKD)
All components are packaged with OEM standards with highest quality materials, so that our
high quality parts reach our customers with the same quality as they require for their
