Description
The welded tube manufacturing machine is a main equipment of the welded pipe production line. It is designed to form tubes and pipes on a continuous line with steel strips, which are slotted in line to fit the diameter of pipes and tubes. Our Max tube50 tube mill chain is specially designed to produce diameters Φ15-Φ63.5mm and thickness of δ0.8-2.5mm with a high frequency straight tube, welded, square tube and special shaped tube (δ ≤2.0mm). Moreover, we can produce welded tube machines according to customers' requirements.
Operating principle of the welded tube manufacturing machine
The feed unit of the hydraulic cylinder strip holds the steel strip down. The feed motor drives the feed roller to fill the web in the friction force accumulator. The main motor turns the feed roller of the battery cage to store a steel strip in the internal and external storage area. The motor stops after one coil has finished and continues feeding after cutting and welding another coil.
