MACHINE FOR FILLING AND BONDING PLASTIC BOTTLES

Dosing machine is designed to fill plastic bottles and / or composite material with viscous products. The vials are manually placed in specially designed slots, and then passed from before the dispensing head or the products are introduced in a predetermined amount into the vials without introducing air. The next post preheats the heads of the vials, so they are soldered / cooled / dated / LOT. At the last station the bottles are cut to equalize and they are evacuated.
