Use and maintenance of linear vibrating screen

1. During the operation of the screen machine, its vibrating part must not connect or contact any object outside the machine.
2. When placing materials, it is advisable to put them slowly in the width direction of the whole screen body to prevent the materials on the screen surface from being evenly distributed.
3. When the material is fed into the screen body, avoid strong impact, otherwise the screen is easy to be damaged.
4. Whether the machine is turned on or off, first check whether there is any material left on the screen surface. If there is, remember to clean it up.
5. If abnormal noise is heard during the operation of the screening machine, it shall be shut down immediately for inspection. It can be started up to continue screening after troubleshooting.
