It structure is mainly made up of inlet pipe,hydrant valve and hydrant body three separeate componets,and its desin is in line with the original landing fire hydrant.Inlet pipe diameter can meet the needs of different connection requirements,there are two type of connections:Flanged connection(Nominal pressure to 1.6MPa),socket-type connection(Nominal pressure to 1.0MPa),users can select on-demand.
Hydrant body has three outlets,the left and right sides are fire hose jointing holes,they are downward and shape with middle axis to 70-degre,which can avoid hose die fold or break while connecting wigh fire hose.The middle oulet is the water supply hole to fire vehicles or fire pumps.Comparing with the old style hydrant,this new hydrant shortens the height and also reduces its work strength while it is connected to use,it also solves the hose pipe bending problem.between the joint of the hydrant body and hydrant valve,there's a fixed round shape component which was professionally designed and tested called breakable plate.The breakable plate is an easy damaged component,it firmly connects with hydrant valve shile it is fixed with hydrant body.While the landing hydrant is stricken,this component can absorb the stricken strenght and breaks,it protects hydrant body and hydrant valve from damage.The inner hydrant body and drivers are not rigidly connected,therefore,the hydrant body will wholly fall off to the ground after the breakable plate was damaged,the pressure water in the pipe net won't be out because of the control of the valve in the hydrant valve and the open-close structure(cut-off structure),thus,this will not cause any water waste or even damage to the environmental nearby.What the hydrant needs is only to change the breakable plate after damage before recovering to us .The maintenance can be easily and promptly finished.
