Special improvement design feature
Chamber materials 1.inner wall: SUS304 stainless steel plate.
2. bottom board: SUS304 stainless steel plate and it's reinforced by the well type
high strength square pipe.
3. External: cold rolled steel with power coated; power coated after cleaning and
phosphating treatment.
Insulation materials The thickness of the insulating layer of inner box is 100mm, and the fire resistance
material is high strength PU polyurethane foam insulation(which is more thermal and
refractory than common PU);
thermal insulation coefficient: less than 0.0212kcal/m.hr, and the layer with fire
protection design; the insulation layer has high temperature resistance rock wool
plus fire gypsum layer which can guarantee the thermal insulation materials doest not
melt and burn although catch fire during test.
Pressure balancing port An electronic pressure balance with controllable pressure. The device can keep the
pressure balance inside and outside of test chamber at any time under the conditions
of high temperature, high humidity and wet freezing cycle, and avoid the expansion
of the chamber caused by the increase of the pressure.
