INDUSTRIAL CRUCIBLE is available in severe thermal shock and
chemical corrosion situation. It can be used in phosphors,
fluorescent, tombarthite powder calcination and some metals and
metal oxides smelt.
Higher density 2.15g/cm3 (normal fused silica ceramic 1.9g/cm3),
higher strength no shrinkage at high temperature, which guarantee
convenient and safe application.
Excellent anti-thermal shock properties. Keep 1100℃ in 15
minutes and suddenly dip in cold water, no crack for 10 times cycle.
Low porosity (99.9%SiO2).
Good chemical stability. Inert to most acid, base,
metal and metal oxide.
Can be used at 1350℃.
