Brief introduction:

Principle:
Impact crusher is the crushing machinery which uses impact to crush material. When impact crusher running, rotor driven by motor rotates in high speed, material strikes on the plate hammer of rotor to crush when material coming in then plate hammer zone, then material will be thrown to impact device to re-crush, this is a repetition process, raw material will be taken into three different chamber to crush until it become satisfied size. The final products will be discharged from discharge hole. Adjusting the gap between impact frame and rotor is the way to change the final size and products’ shape.
Stone material directly falls onto the rotating turn plate from machinery top. Under the centrifugal force effect, stone will crash with the moving stone which discharged from another part, after that, stone is about to gather around the gap between turntable and enclosure to crush, rub and grind, final product will be discharged from bottom, whole process is a closed circulation, size of the sand is controlled by screening machinery.
