Storage of animal manure is a common practice on farms. Dairy, beef, swine and veal producers use manure storage systems when wet or cold weather, and / or a lack of time for field application, prohibits spreading.
On factory farms, manure is often stored in massive waste lagoons. These lagoons can leak or overflow, sending dangerous microbes, nitrate pollution, and drug-resistant bacteria into our waterways. The farm manure tank system, is with tanks that is 3650 Meter in diameter, 6 -10 meter deep and filled.
Each owner, operator or person responsible for an animal feeding operation shall operate and maintain animal manure collection, storage, or treatment facilities so that overflow or discharge into waters of the state is prevented. Sending alert via text messages to the owner, operator or person responsible, when the level of the manure comes to Max.

The system shall be able to send the SMS alert if the level in the tank fall x% in a certain time (minutes.)

The unit also supply completed with analog input, as it have to overlook if the level in the tanks fall suddenly, because of a leak, so we need to be able to set parameter in level in % per Minute !
For an example, if the level fall 10% in less then 30 minutes shall it send alarm. An example, if the level fall more then 6% in 30 minutes (same as 50 CM. in a 8 Meter deep tank)
