Specification
- The motor should be turned to move one time after assemble, to check whether the motor is agility, if the motor is agility, and then switch on electricity, checking turning direction to see if the motor has special noise .
- The M4?10 bolts? tight moment should attain 7-9 N?m
- When the motor is turning ,the lengthways jump should ¡Ü 0.2 mm, the transverse should ¡Ü 0.1 mm, and, when feel with hand, the motor should not tremble.
- The motor should be sealed by 704 silicon rubbers, the motor fetch wire should be sealed by 704 silicon rubbers interiorly, in order to prevent water.
- The steel seal number should be clear.
- The motor external appearance should not have nick obviously, the paint should clean and the brand should clear.
- Before the whole bicycle is packed, we should check the spare parts are well-found, do not forget to pack and wrong pack.
- The motors? function should meet the following request:
1) Working voltage: 36 V, 48 V,
2) Rating power: 180-350 W,
3) Empty carry electricity should not more than 12% of rating electricity,
4) The highest efficiency should not be less than 80%
5) Rating turning speed: basis customer request.
