Introduction of production line of colored steel sandwich panels:
The continuous production line for laminated panel of rigid plastic foam with colored steel coatings is a type of equipment used to produce steel colored sandwich panels with the intermediate layer of polyurethane anti-combustion, polyisocyanurate or phenolic foam plastic. The thickness of the sandwich panel produces variations from 0 to 10 mm, the width between 750 to 1000 mm and the length on request.
Color steel sandwich panel production line
The production line of colored steel panels is mainly applied to manufacture steel structure wall panels and roof panels, and can also manufacture other insulating panels if the covering sheet is replaced. Its working principle is as follows: the rigid raw materials of plastic foam, according to a certain mixing ratio, are delivered in the mixing head to be agitated through the dosing pump unit in the injection machine and then inject uniformly into the bottom sheet of the sandwich panel. After injection, the bottom sheet will move towards the double belt conveyors along with the top sheet of the panel. Between the two conveyors, the raw material injected foam and hardens in form. At the end of the line, the formed sandwich panel is cut to a pre-set length with an automatic tracking cutter.
The colored steel sandwich panel production line has already passed the identification of hi-tech and neo-tech products made by the Jiangsu Economic and Trade Commission and the Jiangsu Science and Technology Department, being listed as a new product at national level and evaluated as one of the first and new Products of the province of Jiangsu in the first batch in the year of 2004 (Product No .: 041111G0025N).
