Introduct :
For fine-grading operations in the grinding process of the concentrator, under the condition of the appropriate feed concentration, feed size (1-200 mesh size), and the difference between particle size and feed size less than 30% of the high-frequency screen, the screening efficiency is more than 70%. Due to the high-efficiency, it can greatly reduce the circulating load and the qualified grain size content on the sieve, thereby improving the processing capacity of the sifter (generally being improved 5-10 percentage points).
