Linear roller for pulling of the power cable.
It is designed to facilitate and accelerate the process of rolling out the power cable on the straight sections of the cable route.
Roller RL-1 has excellent operational characteristics, providing simplicity, easy operation and long life of the device:
• Roller frame is designed of hollow steel tube, by bending and welding method, which simultaneously ensures its high strength characteristics and low weight;
• The increased diameter of the shaft and its length provide an opportunity for pulling of the heavy gage cable;
• Rolling bearings that are used in the working shaft, ensure its smooth rotation under all permissible loads and prolong the life of the device;
• The simple design ensures, if necessary, quick replacement of bearings of the working shaft without obligatory order of a new roller in set;
• The possibility to color rollers, in the selected by the customer color, provides the aesthetic appearance of products and its compliance with the corporate style of the customer.
