The single concrete block machine is controlled by an operator manually by hydraulic handles, the finished products are transported with wheelbarrows manually for drying.
Equipment
For the preparation of the mortar a mixer is needed, then the mixture will be transported to the machine by a conveyor belt. After the machine starts its presses with block molds, these blocks will be transported on production pallets for drying, this transport is done manually with wheelbarrows.
ADVENTAGES IN RELATION TO OTHER SYSTEMS
The simple automation system for machine model, requires more economical installation costs compared to automatic machines. may be preferable in areas where labor is cheaper.
