This study aims to develop a plan for the resettlement of populations victims of disasters or eviction by understanding the extent of the phenomenon and suggesting the appropriate measures to minimize as much as possible the harmful or secondary effects on these populations. The aim here is to take a comprehensive look at issues relating to land ownership, destroyed cultures, natural and cultural heritage, complaints from victims, assistance to vulnerable people, compensation and resettlement strategy for these populations.
