This equipment is able to distill the 30~50% alcohol to 90~95%. The residual liquor contain little alcohol and meets the environmental requirements.

Composition:
Heating tank, distillation tower, condenser, cooler, buffer tank and accessories.
All contact parts are made of stainless steel in order to ensure the alcohol not to be polluted. It is produced according to GMP demands.
The distillation tower adopts stainless steel corrugated packing. -
Working principle
Alcohol evaporates with some water when low concentration Alcohol is heated in the heating tank, because of the different boiling points of alcohol and water. In another words, alcohol is more volatile than water.
